Thursday, Oct. 18, was the ground breaking ceremony for the Osage Point Townhomes development in Fairfield Bay. Attending, along with local officials, were Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin, US Senator John Boozman, Arkansas Senator Missy Irvin and US Representative French Hill. The $5 mil project is the most aggressive single-family residential construction project in Fairfield Bay in more than 25 years, sources state.
