This week has been the busiest yet! The weather again has blessed us with spring like temperatures which have been instrumental in getting us back on track. Osage Point was a beehive of carpenters, framers, siding installers, and sparked much interest from the public. Structural framing is scheduled to be complete around February 15th. Roofing and Exterior siding installers start all the exterior finishes as soon as the framers are finished. Electrical and mechanical subcontractors will begin their interior rough-ins starting the middle of next week. Schedules have been set and materials purchased to have the first units ready for occupancy by the first week in May 2017.
Sales interest remains encouraging this week with several new prospects.
