Since our last update, weather has slowed our framing crews which in turn has pushed back everything else. They now will finish by May 29th. Mechanical and electrical rough-in’s have started in unit #111 and are scheduled to start Tuesday of next week in unit #113. Roofing is moving along nicely and is scheduled to complete May 29th. Insulation and sheetrock will now start Monday, June 5th. Things are progressing and should gain momentum shortly.
The utility contractor has also been delayed by weather, and plans now are to be complete in two weeks. Finish grading is in progress on disturbed areas for seeding. Road bores under Woodlawn Drive will complete early next week.
