GREAT NEWS came this week! We received a call from our insurance adjuster Tuesday morning. Our Builders Risk Insurance provider approved our cost and scope of work to remove units #111 and #113 and rebuild from the slabs up. This was the news we needed to have for a positive restart! Both units were removed Thursday. Final Clean up should be complete by Tuesday of next week. Reconstruction will begin by the end of April.
Progress on the unit #111 Toyhouse has progressed nicely this week with a completion date scheduled for Monday April 17.
The on-site sewer extension is wrapping up and should complete by the end of April.
