It is great to be back to updating you on our steady progress. Much has been going on! Units #111 and #113 are completely finished with the mechanical and electrical rough-ins. Insulation is complete in unit #111 and will be finished in #113 by June 12th. Sheetrock is 50% complete in unit #111 and will start the finishing stage middle of the week of June 12th. Sheetrock will begin in
unit #113 soon after. Cabinets, interior trims and painting are scheduled to start in unit #111 the week of June 26th. Exterior siding starts today!
The exterior of the townhomes will start with finish grading, concrete driveways and sidewalks by the end of June. Landscaping is in the design process with plans to start early July on the entrance features and townhome units.
Unit #111 occupancy is still scheduled for early August.
Bids for Osage Point Drive will be received on June 20th with a planned start on the new road by July 1st.
