We are thankful to say things are getting back to normal for Osage Point. With the approval to rebuild the Toyhouse from our insurance carrier, progress is back in motion. Lumber
was delivered this past Monday, April 3rd. The weather on Monday dampened progress slightly, but as of today, Friday the 7th, the Toyhouse is completely framed. Roofing will complete over the weekend. The siding, trims, exterior door and overhead garage door will be finished by next Friday.
The insurance carrier should finalize the claim on the Townhomes sometime next week. We are very anxious to have started this recovery process! Stay tuned for next weeks update.
