Weather has thrown some challenges our way, but steady progress is prevailing. The last two weeks have seen many things happen at Osage Point. All of the interior sheetrock is finished, with the first coats of paint being applied. Cabinets are installed and awaiting the Granite top installation. All insulation is now complete in unit #111. Interior doors and trims are starting and will finish the end of next week in unit #111. Tile, hardwood and carpet begin July 17th.
Permanent power, water and sewer connections are all complete. The exterior siding and trims will be complete in a couple of weeks. Osage Point Drive should start to take shape in a week or so. Once the curb and gutter are installed for Osage Point Drive the driveways, patios and sidewalks will be installed for units #111 and #113. Hopefully landscaping will begin on the north entrance and for units #111 and #113 by the end of July.
Unit #111 occupancy is still scheduled for mid August.
