Don’t you love it when things go right? Well, during the last week and a half, Osage Point has progressed nicely. The exterior finishes are approximately 60% complete. If you have not been by to see them, please do so! They are looking sharp! The interior sheetrock finish will complete on unit #111 on Tuesday, the 27th. Painter is scheduled to start the 28th, with cabinets installing on the 30th. Interior trims will begin the first week of July.
Bids for Osage Point Drive were received on June 20th, with the low bid going to Noacon, Inc. a local contractor. Work is scheduled to start the first part of July. You will see the road base installation first, curb and gutter, and then the asphalt top coat. The curb and gutter being installed will allow for driveways, sidewalks and landscaping to begin. Stay tuned it’s going to get even busier!
Unit #111 occupancy is still scheduled for early August.
