Since our last update, weather has slowed our framing crews which in turn has pushed back everything else. GREAT NEWS came this week!  We received a call from our insurance adjuster Tuesday morning.  Our Builders Risk Insurance provider approved our cost and scope of work to remove units #111 and #113 and rebuild from the slabs up.  This was the news we needed to have for a positive restart!  Both units were removed Thursday.  Final Clean up should be … [Read more...]
